Children discount when sleeping in parent’s bedroom
Up to 3 but not including the age of 4 – free stay
From 4 up to 5 but not including the age of 6 - €18 /day per child
From 6 up to 8 but not including the age of 9 - €25 /day per child
From 9 up to 11 but not including the age of 12 - €33 /day per child
Children discount upon booking a room for 2 (paying adults)
Upon cancellation of dinner by midday, €7 discount.
Prices are per person and a minimum 3-day booking includes a breakfast buffet and dinner with a rich salad buffet. Should the booking be for fewer days, a 10% surcharge is added, excluding local tourism tax of €1 per person and per day from the age of 14
Rooms will be ready after 2 p.m. on day of check-in
Rooms to be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of check-out
Bookings are binding when both parties receive written confirmation of said booking
For the purposes of organisation we cannot assign you a specific room number or floor
Cancellations: look bad, sound bad, are bad. For everyone. It’s a pity if our rooms remain empty when someone else could have come instead. However, we realise that not everything can be planned.
No right of withdrawal is allowed under the German Consumer Protection Code (pursuant to Part III, Title III, Paragraph I of the German Consumer Protection Code 206/2005); however, we can consider the following cancellation options: tell us about your cancellation as soon as possible. We will try and be accommodating. Short notice will result in charging full room price – the same applies to early departures.
We therefore recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Pets are allowed at €8 per day per cat/dog, excluding food
